Federal law in the U.S. stipulates that funeral homes cannot refuse or charge a fee to handle a casket purchased online. However, it’s essential to consider the delivery time and ensure the casket meets the cemetery’s specifications and requirements.

Is there any assembly required when the casket arrives?

Can you change the interior color?

Can you change the exterior color?

Can you wrap a casket?

What is a head panel?

A head panel is essentially a customized insert placed inside the head lid of the casket. When the lid is opened, this panel presents an image representative of your loved one. How long does it take to customize a casket?

The duration for customizing a casket varies depending on the extent of customization required. Typically, it can take from a couple of days to a week. However, we assure you that our team strives to deliver the custom casket in the shortest possible time while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Pre-Need Questions

What distinguishes 18 gauge from 20 gauge caskets?

The difference lies in the thickness of the metal used. The 18 gauge metal is slightly thicker and generally features enhancements like swing-out handles, hardware with decals, two-tone color, and a velvet interior. The 20 gauge counterparts typically have a simpler design with thinner metal and simpler hardware.

If I make a purchase now, can you hold onto it for me?

Unfortunately, we do not offer long-term storage services for caskets. If you wish to pre-plan and purchase your casket in advance, we recommend having the casket shipped to you for storage. Rest assured, it will arrive fully boxed and safeguarded for future use

Is it possible to set up a payment plan for pre-needs?

We currently do not offer the option of payment plans for pre-needs.

Is there an option for installment-based payments?

Yes, we do offer the flexibility of making payments over a short span of time. However, it’s crucial to note that the full payment must be completed before the delivery of the casket.

What are the payment methods you accept?

Our payment options are quite diverse to accommodate your needs. We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, as well as American Express.

Where are you located?

We have many distribution points around the US to ship from. These points are strategically located to ensure swift and reliable delivery to all corners of the country. Whether you’re in the bustling cities or remote rural areas, rest assured, we can reach you.

How quickly can you deliver a casket?

If needed, we can deliver a casket within 24 hours almost anywhere in the country. Our efficient logistics and strong network enable us to offer this quick turnaround time. Understanding our services’ sensitive and urgent nature, we have streamlined our operations to react promptly to your needs

How do you deliver? Does it come in a truck or a van?

Our caskets are delivered with a white glove delivery service meaning your box is the only one on the van. It comes in a cargo van, and we hand deliver the casket to the funeral home. This approach ensures the highest level of care and attention, minimizing the risk of damage during transit.

What happens if your casket arrives damaged?

Simply give us a call and tell us what happened, and we will rectify the situation. For your information, we inspect all our caskets prior to transit to make sure there are no issues with the casket. Once the casket is boxed and is in transit, it is continually monitored to ensure there is no damage to the box—this way, when your casket you can know it’s in perfect condition. Should any damage occur despite our precautions, we have a robust policy in place that guarantees immediate replacement or repair, depending on your preference.
