The standard exterior dimension is 28 inches width, 83 inches length, and 24 inches height. The weight can vary significantly based on the material and design, with an average weight range between 150 to 200 pounds.

Federal law in the U.S. stipulates that funeral homes cannot refuse or charge a fee to handle a casket purchased online. However, it’s essential to consider the delivery time and ensure the casket meets the cemetery’s specifications and requirements.

A head panel is essentially a customized insert placed inside the head lid of the casket. When the lid is opened, this panel presents an image representative of your loved one. The duration for customizing a casket varies depending on the extent of customization required. Typically, it can take from a couple of days to a week. Pre-Need Questions

The difference lies in the thickness of the metal used. The 18 gauge metal is slightly thicker and generally features enhancements like swing-out handles, hardware with decals, two-tone color, and a velvet interior. The 20 gauge counterparts typically have a simpler design with thinner metal and simpler hardware.

Unfortunately, we do not offer long-term storage services for caskets. If you wish to pre-plan and purchase your casket in advance, we recommend having the casket shipped to you for storage. Rest assured, it will arrive fully boxed and safeguarded for future use

Yes, we do offer the flexibility of making payments over a short span of time. However, it’s crucial to note that the full payment must be completed before the delivery of the casket.

Our caskets are delivered with a white glove delivery service meaning your box is the only one on the van. It comes in a cargo van, and we hand deliver the casket to the funeral home. This approach ensures the highest level of care and attention, minimizing the risk of damage during transit.

Simply give us a call and tell us what happened, and we will rectify the situation. For your information, we inspect all our caskets prior to transit to make sure there are no issues with the casket.
