I was absolutely blown away by the look of the casket. This casket was most beautiful, all our family and friends were absolutely pleased beyond our wildest dreams. We had this casket delivered to my shop so that I can inspect it before we deliver it to the funeral home. I was able to look at it up close, check the handles and inspect it myself. It turned out better than I had anticipated. My mother had purchased a casket some where else in the past, this one was 10 times better than that one! This was right over the edge perfect! FAQs: Lady Guadalupe Blue Steel Casket (Upgrade from Orion)

What does 20 gauge steel mean on a casket?
Gauge measures the thickness of the steel, and a lower number means thicker metal. A 20 gauge casket is the most widely chosen steel option in the United States, offering solid protection and a finished appearance at a more accessible price than heavier gauges.
Crepe is a soft fabric with a lightly textured, gently gathered surface. It is a traditional interior choice because it drapes softly and gives the interior a calm, comfortable look under the lighting used at a service.
An image of Our Lady of Guadalupe is set into the interior lid panel, and matching medallions are fitted into the handle hardware along both sides.
It is a soft sky blue finish with a blue crepe interior, so the color carries through the casket. It is a gentle blue rather than a dark one.
Yes. The Lady Guadalupe White carries the same imagery on a white finish with a white crepe interior. The devotional detailing is the same on both.
It weighs about 180 pounds empty. That is a normal weight for a 20 gauge steel casket and is typically carried by six pallbearers, which is worth mentioning to your funeral director when they plan the service.
No. The Guadalupe imagery is part of the casket as built and it ships as pictured. If you would prefer a casket without devotional detailing, the plain colored options are the ones to look at.
