The process of ordering this casket was seamless. The staff was efficient, courteous, and precise. They were very responsive to our questions and they expedited the process in order to have the casket delivered to its destination. The confirmation call that the casket arrived at the funeral home was very comforting during a time of mass confusion. I would like to thank Matt and Colby during a very difficult personal time.
